Problem: DMX map is incorrect on version 3.0.13 rev 5782. In the DMX component the number of channels used by each layer is 48 instead of 50. When using a lighting desk to control a Hippotizer with version 3.0.13 rev 5782 via DMX, layer control will not work correctly from the lighting desk. Specifically, layer1 will appear to function as normal but Layer2 and higher channels will not match what is specified in the documentation. To verify this is the problem you are experiencing, configure the system in 4 or 8 layer mode and then open the DMX component. If the number of channels used by each layer is 48, then you should download the update below. DMX channel count shall be 50 so if you run into, this download the fix, follow the link Peppe mentioned and download it, this fixes the channelcount back to 50, audio control is on the 2 missing channels 49 and 50 per layer.. Johan |
