What are the standard settings for the input cards? Below is a list of inputs and the tried and tested best settings.

A thing with capture card settings... TV Format will vary depending on continent and country.
For an example here in Scandinavia we use PAL-B.
Usually when installing your driver you can select what country you are in, then you wont get confused with all these different standards.
